Emily Marcus, M.Ed
Founder | Director of Neurodiversity Services
Emily has worked with neurodivergent students in multiple capacities since 2016. She received her B.A. in Special Education and Elementary education in 2021 and her M.ed in Learning & Technology in 2022. Emily has worked with young children in early intervention settings and with middle and high school students in functional classrooms, vocational classrooms and in alternative EBD settings. Areas of expertise include skill acquisition for adults and children, teaching alternative behaviors, facilitating job skills, social skills, and daily living skills, and increasing communication through functional communication. Emily is very passionate about creating a neurodiversity affirming education space. Currently, Emily is a doctoral student at Concordia University - Chicago, where she studies Special Education Leadership.

Nadia Summers, BS Psychology
Director of Behavioral Health Sciences
Nadia began her educational journey by earning an AAS in Forensic Science. Since that time, Nadia earned her BS in Psychology from UW Green Bay and did additional trainings in the areas of Crisis Intervention, Psychological First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Child Protection Investigation, First Aid/AED training and more. Throughout her career, Nadia has worked with children and adults as a caregiver, a youth mentor and a behavioral specialist. Nadia is passionate about serving others and supporting problem behavior reduction, skill building, and social skills training. She provides support and mentorship for clients of Authenticity Academy, as well as completing mental health related assessments, and the developing individual goals.
